PRIVATE EQUITY PRACTICE
About the course
PEP - Private Equity Practice - is a hands-on, problem-solving-based course geared towards equipping young professionals for a career in Private Equity investing. In the program, students are taught to analyze real cases involving financial statements, accounting and financial diligence, market analysis and diligence, legal aspects of a Private Equity transaction, financial modeling and supporting analyses. Furthermore, students are brought into contact with a range of professionals involved in the private equity investment "ecosystem", including senior management of invested companies, consultants, financial advisors, lawyers and, naturally, PE professionals. PEP's affiliations with four leading Brazilian universities and fourteen partnerships with venture capital and private equity firms provide a strong differential for our students recruitment efforts.

A GENUINE PREPARATION FOR THE PRIVATE EQUITY INDUSTRY
We strongly believe that investments, particularly in Private Equity, are not something that can be learned only theoretically. For this reason, we strive to bring PEP students as close as possible to investment cases and financial analysis, to structure and propose transactions that a PE fund could conceivably execute. Practice is key. Hence the name Private Equity Practice.
